Reception of complaints is done through different means that i2 Ethics makes available to your company (computer application, e-mail, regular mail or by telephone solutions), so you only have to worry about your business.
We have three types of services: Advanced for large companies, Essential for SMEs, and Director for the external management of your own already implemented channel.
Complaints are received by the i2 Ethics professional team, independent to your business, and through agreed procedures with your company, they will be responsible for performing the primary management of all complaints received.
