WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

B86717865), with registered office at Calle Las Norias 92, office i, 28221, Majadahonda, Madrid, Spain.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

To manage the contractual relationship established between I2 ETHICS and the CLIENT and to execute the contract that binds the parties. Legal basis of legitimacy: Contract execution (Art. 6.1b) RGPD).
To comply with the legal obligations derived from the contractual relationship between I2 ETHICS and the CLIENT. Legal basis of legal standing: Fulfilment of legal obligation (Art. 6.1 c) RGPD).
Manage the commercial relationship established between I2 ETHICS and the CLIENT, including sending commercial information by any means, including electronic, about services similar to those originally contracted. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) RGPD.
Manage the commercial relationship established between I2 ETHICS and the CLIENT/USER, including the sending of commercial information by any means, including electronic, about products offered by other companies of the business group: Legal basis of legitimation: Consent of the interested party (Art. 6.1.a) RGPD).
Sending information required by the USER: Consent of the interested party (Art. 6.1 a) RGPD).
To administer and provide the services to which the USER has decided to subscribe or register. Legal basis of legitimation: Consent of the interested party (Art. 6.1 a) RGPD).
To adapt these services to improve their quality for the USER or to design new services related to the previous ones. Legal basis of legitimation: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) RGPD).

TO WHOM WILL WE COMMUNICATE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

I2 ETHICS will only communicate personal data to: Those third parties, bodies and public institutions of the General State Administration, regional and local administrations, including the courts to which it is legally obliged to provide them. Only in the case that you have expressly consented, I2 ETHICS will communicate your data to the companies of the business group so that they can send you commercial communications. To service providers contractually linked to I2 ETHICS as data processors who will process your data strictly following I2 ETHICS’ instructions.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The personal data provided in order to fulfill the obligations derived from the contractual relationship between I2 ETHICS and the CLIENT will be kept during the entire period of the contractual relationship; and once the contractual relationship is terminated, the data will be kept during the prescription period of the actions that could derive from the relationship maintained with the CLIENT. The personal data obtained through the application form and curriculum will be kept for a maximum period of one year. The personal data obtained through the contact form will be kept only for the time necessary to deal with the request for information. However, if you have given your express consent for the sending of information and commercial prospecting, your data will be kept until the moment you express your wish to revoke such consent.

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The processing of the personal data provided will be carried out by adopting the necessary technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, improper use, alteration and unauthorised access to the data, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risk analysis carried out.

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The mandatory data of each form are identified as such in the forms. The refusal to provide such information will prevent communication with the USER and, where appropriate, the impossibility of providing the information and/or service requested.

COMMITMENTS OF THE USER

The USER guarantees that he/she is over 14 years old and that the information provided is accurate and truthful. The USER agrees to inform GRUPO GAT of any changes in the information provided by sending an email to [email protected], identifying himself as a USER of I2ETHICS.com and specifying the information to be modified. In the event that responsibilities are derived from a breach of these conditions by the USER, he/she will be responsible for the consequences of such breach.
